- The Point Golf Club Event Center is available for rental for corporate events to all companies, churches, cities, schools, non-profits, and other organizations.
- Enjoy sweeping views of our golf facility, nestled on a lake while you entertain clients, host a business luncheon, or celebrate a momentous occasion for your organization or staff!
- Security/Damage Deposit of $250 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of the facility. If alcohol is served, additional stipulation are required.
POINT GOLF CLUB AND EVENT CENTER RATES
- The entire facility (200 capacity): $1,000
- Lakeside room including projection equipment (100 capacity): $500
- Greenside room including bar area (100 capacity): $500
- Security Deposit is $250.00 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of facility. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the event but will be returned if facility conditions are acceptable following your event.
- Point Golf Club Event Center includes tables, chairs, ice machine, and kitchen (freezer, sink and a counter top for prep).
- Payment plans can be discussed once a date, rental agreement, deposit, and total amount are agreed to. All events must be completely paid 10 days prior to event date.
- Point University staff will not be responsible for setting up or taking down tables/chairs or any extra rentals items. All event center tables/chairs need to be returned to their storage areas and any additional rental items need to be removed by 12 am or other approved time by event center staff prior to the event.
