Security Deposit of $500 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of the entire facility. If alcohol is served, an off duty Police Officer is required.

IMPORTANT

  • Security Deposit is $500.00 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of facility. This deposit will go towards your grand total for your event.
  • Damage fee is $300.00- a check can be held or a copy of driver’s license and a credit card can be kept on file. If no damages were found check will be returned to client or no credit card will be charged.
  • Point Golf Club and Event Center include tables, chairs, ice machine, and kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, sink and a counter top for prep).
  • Bridal suite- only bride and her bridesmaid are allowed downstairs in bridal suite the day of wedding.
  • Payment plans will be discussed once rental agreement and payment amount is discussed. All events must be completely paid two weeks prior to event date.
  • Any extra chair rentals or rental items-PUGC will not be responsible for setting up- or taking down. All items will need to be removed by 12 am or approved time by event coordinator for the next day if an event is not taking place.
