IMPORTANT

  • Security Deposit is $250.00 and a signed contract is required to hold a date for the use of facility. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the event but will be returned if facility conditions are acceptable following your event.
  • Point Golf Club and Event Center include tables, chairs, ice machine, and kitchen (freezer, sink and a counter top for prep).
  • Bridal suite- only bride and her bridesmaid are allowed downstairs in bridal suite the day of wedding.
  • Payment plans can be discussed once a date, rental agreement, deposit, and total amount are agreed to. All events must be completely paid two weeks prior to event date.
  • Event center staff will not be responsible for setting up or taking down tables/chairs or any extra rentals items. All event center tables/chairs need to be returned to their storage areas and any additional rental items need to be removed by 12 am or other approved time by event center staff prior to the event.
